Squad sea sessions restart

Thursday 6pm sea swims have restarted at Swimscapes bay, inviting all squads to join a sociable summer swim in the soft evening sun (we’ve been lucky the first two weeks:). A jolly mixture of speeds & styles, first week heading south towards pier, then yesterday to the ‘dark side’ and Cobbolds Point buoy in warm, calm conditions. It’s given people the chance to meet new swim buddies, try out equipment for upcoming events, develop skills & fitness with support… and share flapjack! What Swim Smooth squads are all about.
