New Monday morning squad session gets underway

Our new weekly squad session starts on Monday 10th September 0600-0700 at Felixstowe Leisure Centre. We will have 3 lanes and kick off the week with a no-frills-but-still-fun (and very effective) 60 minutes quality swim training - before most people are even out of bed!
