First Swim Smooth clinic for me...and Cambridge!

Just back from an excellent, full-on day running my first Swim Smooth clinic, with fellow coach, Gavin, at Parkside pools in Cambridge. We had 4 swimmers (Jill, Paul, Stuart and Rob) of 4 different swim types - each received significant individual and group coaching, including 25-35 minute video analysis and nearly two hours pool time. The venue was good (and of course busy) and we may well use it again. The day flew past and all four swimmers made great progress, going away with clear guidance on how to develop their own individual swimming, and a month's access to the superb swimsmooth.guru online coaching system. It won't be my last clinic - in discussions with FLC with a view to running one in Felixstowe later in the year:)
