Tuesday Squad grows again from 3 to FOUR lanes!

This month the lovely and long-running Tuesday evening squad stepped up another notch, from 3 to 4 lanes, at Felixstowe Leisure Centre 9-10pm. We now have 30 squad members of all ages, ranging from around 2:00/100m to well below 1:30/100m - there’s always a super positive and relaxed feel on Tuesday evenings, which the photo gives some impression of. The sets are a balance and blend of Open Water skills, Swim Fitness and Technique, delivered in a tailored and structured way, in the informal, fun (but still very effective!) Swim Smooth way! Surely nothing better you (or me!) could be doing on a Tuesday evening!
